Admission Procedures

  1. Apply for admission to Indiana University through the Admissions office in Kettler Hall, Room 111 at 2101 E. Coliseum Blvd., Fort Wayne, IN 46805-1499.
  2. Take the English, reading and math placement tests, unless you are a transfer student and have received credit for Math III, or higher on your IPFW Credit Transfer Report. For testing dates and procedures, contact your academic advisor.
  3. A separate application for the dental laboratory technology program must also be submitted.
  4. A personal interview with the dental laboratory technology admissions committee may also be required to determine final class selection. After completion of steps 1, 2, and 3, an interview appointment (if necessary) will be made with the admissions committee.
