The CSSAC Dependent and Employee Grant Fund
EMPLOYEE /SPOUSES
Deadline extended - June 22, 2007
GRANT AWARDS WILL DEPEND ON AVAILABLE FUNDS. Grant awards to clerical or service staff employees are not to exceed $100 and not to exceed $50 for spouses (basically to help with textbook expenses as a supplement to the fee remission.) Grant priority is as follows: dependent, employee, spouse.
Criteria for Employees:
- The employee must have been employed at IPFW for at least one year and be a benefited (working at least 40 hours per pay period) clerical or service staff employee.
- The employee must be working toward an IPFW degree, have completed 6 credit hours, and have a 2.5 cumulative GPA.
- The employee must participate in a CSSAC Fund Raiser each semester an award is received. (Currently this means a one hour commitment at the biannual Book Sale or annual Blood Drive, simply to be a representative of IPFW.)
