The Center for Substance Abuse Prevention definition:
1 Tobacco Sales Outlets per Capita: number of sales outlets in relation to population. Youth is defined as age 10-17.
2 The Tobacco Retailer Inspection Program (TRIP) was established in 2000 to do compliance checks. Data is available on PREV-STAT identifying by blockgroup the number or percent in that area who smoked, and the money spent on tobacco products.
