Graduation Audit
The graduation audit verifies that you have met all the requirements for your undergraduate degree. Most of the University's colleges require that a potential graduate complete an audit.
By now you should have done so or you should be scheduled for one. If you have not done either, please check the list below and see requirements for specific schools/departments at IPFW.
Arts and Sciences
The application for graduation triggers the graduation audit. You will receive a letter with the results of the audit.
Business and Management Sciences
You must schedule a personal appointment with your advisor.
Continuing Studies
The application for graduation triggers the graduation audit. You will receive a letter with the results of the audit.
Education
An audit is done prior to student teaching and at graduation time.
Engineering, Technology, and Computer Sciences
An audit is required. Please contact your department to schedule your audit.
Health and Human Services
Clinical Laboratory Sciences
Graduation audits are traditionally completed prior to registering for your final semester. If you have not completed a graduation audit, please contact the Health Sciences advisor.
Consumer and Family Sciences
The application for graduation triggers the graduation audit. You will be contacted by the department if there is a problem with your audit.
Dental Education
The application for graduation triggers the graduation audit. You will be contacted by the department if there is a problem with the audit.

Graduation audits are traditionally completed prior to registering for your final semester. If you have not completed a graduation audit, please contact the Human Services office.
Nursing

Organizational Leadership and Supervision

Public and Environmental Affairs
An official degree audit should be completed prior to registering for your final semester. If you have not already met with an advisor to do this, please contact the SPEA office at (260) 481-6351 to make an appointment to do so.
