The cost of the apparel is payable at the time of order. The associate's or bachelor's cap and gown are $29. The cost for a master's cap, gown, and hood is $59. Extra-large sizes must be special ordered. Please contact the bookstore early. The bookstore will offer a 10% discount on any gowns purchased March 1-20. No orders can be taken after April 16. All fees are non-refundable.

Recycled gowns may be worn if they match this year's style and color. Gowns must be checked in the bookstore or in the Academic Ceremonies office. Everyone participating in the ceremony must go to the bookstore to fill out the appropriate forms and receive instruction sheets for commencement.

Orders for out of town graduates can be phoned in to the IPFW Bookstore at 260-483-6100. Before you call, make sure you know the degree received and department/major, height of graduate, and name of graduate (as you want it read at the ceremony). A shipping fee will be added to the cost of the cap and gown. Fees can be charged to American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or VISA.
