Process Requirements

How do you become an IPFW Co-op?

The following requirements must be met:

  • Currently enrolled bachelor’s degree student with an IPFW GPA
  • Complete freshman requirements in your major
  • Earn a minimum overall GPA of 2.5/4.0

Steps to a Co-op Position

  • Contact the Co-op office to schedule an orientation/application
  • During the orientation we will discuss program policies and procedure. We will also talk with you about your career, interests in relation to co-op opportunities.
  • Resume assistance is provided. Have a resume? We'll review it! Need a resume? We'll help you put one together!

Free Mock Interviews Offered

Would you like to land a co-op job? Are you familiar with typical questions asked by employers? Do you know what to wear? What about professional business etiquette? To help you through the interviewing process, free mock interviews are available to all students scheduled for co-op interviews. Call 260-481-6939 for an appointment.
