Health Fees/Insurance
Our clinic is a fee-for-service health facility. Students at IPFW are not currently assessed a student health fee each semester. We request payment at each visit by cash, check, or credit/debit card.
Due to the large number of health insurance plans carried by students, we are presently able to only bill for the following insurances:
- Signature Care
- Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
- M-Plan
- Aetna (which includes the student insurance plan)
- Sagamore
- Encore
- Humana/Choicecare
- Mega Life
- Cigna
- Medicaid
- Medicare
Please bring a copy of your insurance card with you to each visit.
Upon checking out, an insurance-ready itemized statement will be provided to you so that you may submit it to your insurance company.
