Withdrawal Policy
If you withdraw from the university, you lose your privileges at the Child Care Center. To avoid being charged for your scheduled child care hours, you must notify the director of the Child Care Center of your withdrawal. If the director is not informed, you will be charged for scheduled hours. If you choose to withdraw from the Child Care Center for other reasons, you must notify the director one week in advance, or your account will be charged for the week's fees.
If you withdraw your child from the Child Care Center before the start of the semester, the snack fee and deposit will be refunded. Once the semester has begun, snack fees will not be refunded. If you withdraw during the semester, your deposit will be credited toward fees due. The registration fee is non-refundable.
