
Our Goals
The goal of the Indiana University—Purdue University Fort Wayne Child Care Center is to provide the following:
- A warm, loving environment where each child feels secure and accepted.
- An enriched and positive environment in which children may grow socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively.
- An environment where children participate in active learning.
- An anti-bias curriculum with a multicultural approach.
- An environment rich in language, where children are encouraged to express themselves, are listened to, and responded to by the caregivers.
- An environment where children are free to make choices based on their interests.
- An attitude of cooperation in working with parents in the care and nurturing of their children.
