Organic Lab
Chemistry and biology majors, among others, learn the technique and art of practical organic chemistry (chemistry of compounds containing C) in this lab. Although there are modifications for the purposes of teaching 16 students at once, the equipment and instrumentation are not much different than that encountered in research and industrial labs.
Stockroom
Alison Paul and Ken Saylor store, maintain, and dispense most of the compounds, supplies, and equipment from this centrally located stockroom. Only a small portion is pictured here. All waste is labeled and sent for proper disposal from here.
