Technology Consultation Request Form

The Center for the Enhancement of Learning and Teaching provides one-on-one consulting support for integrating technology into your teaching, for learning to create and use instructional multimedia, and for enhancing the design and delivery of your courses. You may request a consultation by calling CELT at 481-6354, by emailing CELT at celt@ipfw.edu, or by completing the online request form below.
