Student Fees
Fees for the academic year 2010-2011 are $242.40 per credit hour for Indiana residents. Most classes are 3 credit hours. Off-campus and distance education courses are slightly higher.
Book Estimate
Approximately $70-$120 per course.
Tuition
Tuition is due August 5 (students registered before August 2) or August 27 (students registered August 2 or later) and payable by check, MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. Payment plans are available. Student fee statements are posted electronically to the student's myIPFW account. Paper invoices are not mailed to the home nor to the student's parent/guardian. New students must activate their computer accounts by going to myIPFW and clicking on the first-time user button. Fees will be posted to the student's account in mid-July.
The Student Account Suite gives you the following options:
- ability to view and print your billing statements.
- make a payment toward your balance.
- set up payments to be processed automatically.
- view all of your transaction history.
- schedule a future payment .
- store your payment methods for quick and easy payment.
- provide permission to other users such as a parent or guardian to view your bill and make payment.
Failure to pay for classes does not withdraw you. Not attending classes or notifying your high school that you wish to drop classes does not withdraw you from classes. You are responsible for all fees unless you process a drop form through the Collegiate Connection office during the refund period.
