How to Apply
  1. Talk to your high school guidance counselor to determine eligibility (consult the Admission Requirements).

  2. Obtain a Collegiate Connection booklet from your guidance counselor or complete the Interest Form.

  3. Obtain an IPFW admission application form from your guidance counselor and write Collegiate Connection on the top of the application form. Or you may apply online. You will be given directions on how to set up a temporary ID and pin number. After you have set up your login information, you will be asked to select an application type. You need to select Guest/Non-Degree. There is no application fee.

  4. Take completed application form to the guidance office or submit the form electronically.

  5. Obtain an official high school transcript and mail application form and transcript to: Ann Souligny Brown, Collegiate Connection, Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne, 2101 E. Coliseum Blvd., Fort Wayne, IN 46805-1499.

  6. Applications will be accepted through August 20. General education courses fill early, so course selection will become more limited the later you register.
