Express Lane Drop-In Career Counseling
Wednesdays 11 am-1pm & Thursdays 12pm-2pm (KT 109)

The Office of Career Services is now offering Express Lane drop-in career counseling for IPFW students and alumni. On Wednesdays from 11-1pm and Thursdays from 12-2pm, you have the opportunity to meet one-to-one with a career counselor without a prior appointment. The drop-in session lasts approximately 15 minutes, is on a first-come, first-served basis (you must sign up in person), and is designed to address your immediate questions and needs (career exploration, job and internship search resources, resume and cover letter critiques, graduate school, etc.) as well as refer you, as needed, to the appropriate office(s) on campus. This is the first step in the career counseling process and we encourage everyone to make a follow-up appointment with a career counselor.

National Student Employment Week
National Student Employment Week was established to increase public awareness of student employees by recognizing students who work while attending college. This year it will be held during the week of April 12-16, 2010.  For the past three years, in conjunction with the National Student Employment Association, IPFW has celebrated National Student Employment Week.

Nominate your student worker for the Student Employee of the Year Award. Deadline to nominate is April 5, 2010 Nomination Form

For more information about the Student Employee of the Year Award, go to www.ipfw.edu/workstudy.
