Career Interviews & Guidelines

Scheduling Process

The first step in arranging schedules with the IPFW Career Services office is to either call (260-481-6026) to reserve rooms for the date(s) on which you wish to interview, or complete and return a "Campus Interview Form." We will mail you copies of candidates' résumés who meet your selection criteria. You can then notify us which candidates you would like to interview, and we will arrange your schedule.

Time Schedule

Our office opens at 8:00 a.m. Interviews normally begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m., and lunch is scheduled from 12:15 p.m. until 1:00 p.m., but you may change these times to best suit your needs (please specify your preference(s) on your Campus Interview Form). During Fall and Spring recruiting seasons, our office is open until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and until 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

Interview Day

Check in at our office in Kettler Hall, Room 109, the morning of your interviews. You will be given your recruiting packet, which includes a copy of your interview schedule and candidate evaluation forms. Please bring plenty of business cards. Students also appreciate being given a business card at the end of the interview.
