IPFW Rebounds with win over Clarke

Fort Wayne, IN- The IPFW men's volleyball team broke a two game losing streak ,with a 3-0 win over Clarke College, on Saturday afternoon at the Hilliard Gates Sports Center.

The 'Dons won by the scores of 30-22, 30-21, 30-23.

Senior outside hitter Matt Zbyszewski led the 'Dons attack with 18 kills. He also registered seven digs and four aces.

Junior middle hitter Serdar Sikca pounded out nine kills and had a hitting percentage of .615.

Clarke (3-13, 0-11 MIVA) was led by Erik Vogt with 11 kills.

With the win, IPFW improves to 7-7 overall, and 5-4 in conference. They will travel to Erie, Pennsylvania on Friday (3/11) to take on Mercyhurst College. Game time at the MAC is 7pm.
