IPFW Ranks Among the Nation's Best

Fort Wayne, IN - IPFW Women's Volleyball stays ranked with the NCAA and in the first release of the RichKern.com/AVCA ranks in top 40 of the nation in RKPI.

IPFW remains ranked by the NCAA in their winning percentage at 29th. Only eight schools still hold an unbeaten record. IPFW also holds strong in digs per game with 18.36, placing them 16th in the rankings.

The Mastodons are in the 39th spot of the national RKPI rankings by RichKern.com/AVCA. In the Mideast Region, IPFW is 9th in the ranking of 15 teams. IPFW is ranked higher than three Big Ten teams and three MAC teams including Ball State in the Mideast Region. Overall the Dons topped four Big Ten and 11 MAC teams. Among Independents, IPFW is the highest ranked according to RKPI.
