Leitzke and Souza Among Nation's Top 30

Fort Wayne, IN - Seniors Fabiana Souza and Erika Leitzke are ranked nationally by the NCAA for competition through September 4.. IPFW as a team is also among the elite.

Souza is currently ranked 21st in kills per game with 5.29. Sara Radosevic from Tulane leads the pack with an average of 8.33.

Leitzke is 28th in the nation in assists per game with 13.14. Lindsey Hunter of Missouri holds the top spot with 16.67.

As a team the Mastodons are ranked 20th in the nation with a hitting percentage of .304. Washington currently holds the top spot with a .478. IPFW is also one of the many teams who are undefeated. Currently there are 37 other teams who are undefeated.
