Souza, IPFW Move Up in Rankings

Fort Wayne, IN - Fabiana Souza and the Women's Volleyball team moved up in rankings released today by the NCAA. The Mastodons remained ranked in winning percentage while Souza ranked in kills per game.

IPFW moved up a spot to 28th with an 0.800 winning percentage. The Mastodons finished their season over the weekend going 24-6 overall. Nebraska is the only Division I team still undefeated.

Souza made a big leap in the rankings, going from 24th to 16th in kills per game. She averages 4.94 kills per game after her performance this past weekend. Laura Jones of Texas A&M still holds the top spot, averaging 5.95 kills/game.
