IPFW Shines At Gates Center

Fort Wayne, IN - The Mastodons defeated Butler 3 games to none, Eastern Michigan 3-0 and Bowling Green 2-0 in spring scrimmage action at the Gates Center over the weekend.

"I was very pleased with our team's passing and defensive effort on Saturday. That was clearly our focus after last weekend at Ball State and it showed," said Coach Hartley.

The Dons travel to Bowling Green this Saturday to conclude their spring non-traditional season and are pooled with Duquense, Cincinnati, and Akron. IPFW's first match is at 9:15 a.m. (Central [Ind.] Time).
