rebounds and steals each twice.
2003–04
Season
Green started 25 of 28 games and averaged 22.3 minutes per game…She
averaged 4.5 points per game and 4.1 rebounds per game…Green
made 44
of 108 (.407) from the field…She finished 38 of 64
(.594) from the
free-throw line…She finished the season with 115 rebounds, 26 assists,
and 56 turnovers.
2002–03 Season
Green averaged 2.2 points and 2.5 rebounds per
game…She started in 7 of the 28 games and averaged 13.6 minutes
per game…Green
had
a season-high nine points against Savannah State (11/24/02)…She
had a season-high
six rebounds vs. Arkansas-Little Rock (12/1/02) and Cleveland State
(2/26/03)…Green
finished the season 20 of 51 (.392) from the field…At the charity
stripe Green struggled shooting 18-of-38 (.474)
Before Coming to IPFW
Green hails from Lansing, Mich., where she earned All-Conference
Honors (three years) and All-Area Honors (two years). After her
senior
season, she received All-State honors and was also named
MVP of her team.
She is the first basketball player to have accumulated more than
350 points, assists, and rebounds
at Lansing Catholic Central High School. Academically, she has
made
the Principal’s
List for four years and was a member of the National
Honor Society.
Personal
Born Feb. 9, 1984. Green is a psychology major. She is the daughter
of John and Denise Green and has a brother, John, and a sister,
Jackie.
