IPFW Signs Malfait

Fort Wayne , IN - Head Coach Bruce Patterson has announced the signing of Leisalot Malfait for the 2006-07 season for the women's basketball program.

Leisalot Malfait, Antwerpen, Belgium
Malfait is 6-3 and can play either center or power forward for the Dons. She currently plays on the Belgium National Team and is an overall marvelous athlete. "We expect her to be able to step in and help right away." said Patterson "She is a strong athlete and continues our international influence on IPFW basketball."
