Fort Wayne, IN – IPFW faced Longwood University for a second time this season Thursday night at the Gates Center. The Dons were up by four at the end of the first half. The Lancers came out firing in the second and held off the Dons to finish the game, 69-66. Ashley Johnson attempted a final second shot from beyond the arc, but couldn’t get it before time ran out.

Senior Verea Bibbs (Euclid, OH/Euclid) recorded a double-double with 16 points and 10 boards. Bibbs was seven of twelve (.583) from the field and 2 of 3 (.667) from the charity stripe.
