Mastodons Defeat Cross-town Rival

Fort Wayne, IN – The Mastodons took the court for the first time this season in an exhibition against cross-town rival St. Francis University and came out victorious, 92-73.

Leading scorers for the Mastodons were senior forward Amy Gearlds (21) and junior center Verea Bibbs (12).

Junior forward Carrie Stine and freshman center Chivonn Keppeler led the Cougars both putting away 14 points.

Come out and watch the Mastodons take on Bethel College in their last exhibition game next Wednesday, November 12 at 7 p.m.
