Day 3 Showcase Results

Fort Wayne, IN--Results from the final day of the 2003 IPFW Soccer Showcase:

Rutgers 1
Indiana 1
Rutgers scored the game's opening goal at the 77 minute mark of the second half. It looked like that score would hold up, but IU's Pat Yates scored with just 23 seconds left to tie it at 1-1.

Kentucky 4
Cincinnati 0
Kentucky's Heather Saas scored her 3rd and 4th goals of the showcase as KU easily shut-out Cincinnati.

Michigan State 2
Kentucky 0
After playing to a scoreless first half, MSU struck twice in the second half. Craig Hearn's goal at 53:30 was the game winner. Udo Seidel gave the Spartans an insurance goal in the 85th minute.
