2003-04 Season:
Malone appeared in 24 games for IPFW in the 2003-04 season, starting eight. Averaged 2.5 points and one rebound per game. Handed out 50 assists and had 10 steals. Malone scored a season-high 10 points against Texas A&M Corpus Christi at Memorial Coliseum. Hauled down four rebounds, from the point guard position, against Valparaiso. Recorded a season-high six assists, four times in 2003-04. (vs. IUPUI, Butler, Tri-State, and Texas A&M Corpus Christi.

Before Coming to IPFW:
Byron was an All-MIC Conference selection. Also named All-County and led Indiana in 3 pt. shooting his junior year at 60% behind the arc. Team leader in assists his sophomore, junior, and senior seasons at North Central.
