Mastodons' Basketball Lends a Hand at "Cancer Day"

Fort Wayne , IN-The IPFW men's and women's basketball team lent their support to Scott's Food and Pharmacy during their annual "Cancer Day" on Wednesday.

This is the 27th year that Scott's has been donating a portion of the proceeds that they receive, for cancer research and education.

This year, members of the IPFW basketball teams assisted shoppers, at the Clinton Street location, in getting their purchases to their vehicles and collected carts.

Scott's will donate 2% of today's total purchases to the American Cancer Society, and all ABC's for Education points will be doubled.

If you didn't get a chance to shop today, you have the chance to roundup your bill to the nearest dollar all week (Oct. 5-11) with those proceeds going to the American Cancer Society.
