Intrusive Advising

Intrusive Advising is an intervention program designed to aid new student-athletes in making the transition to college. It is also required of all student-athletes with Less than 2.5 GPA. Student-athletes are required to meet with their assigned athletic advisor during the first week of the semester to set up ongoing appointments for the duration of the semester. Student-athletes are released from Intrusive Advising the next semester that their GPA is above 2.5. See Intrusive Advising Contract [PDF].
