Student Affiliates of the American Chemical Society (Chemistry Club)
Purpose and Goals of Organization:
To provide an opportunity for students interested in chemistry to become better acquainted.
To stimulate intellectual curiosity by associations.
To prepare and present technical materials.
To have pride in chemistry.
Membership Requirements and Obligations:
Qualification: IPFW students
Dues: $5.00
Types:
Affiliate member: working toward BSC or BS in chemistry and a student member of Amer. Chem. Soc.
Associate member: non-chem major and student member of ACS
Auxiliary: interested in Chemistry
Typical Activities and Events Planned for the Academic Year:
National Chemistry Week, Earth Day, Professional lecture series, Cedar Point trip, Student-Faculty Luncheon, Bowling, Movie Night, Softball, Card games
