The Holiday Inn at IPFW has been selected as the conference hotel. Thirty-five rooms have been set aside with a special conference rate. You will need to mention "Midwest Andean Conference" when making your reservation in order to take advantage of the reduced rate.


The Holiday Inn at IPFW does offer an airport shuttle for those flying into Fort Wayne, however, they require at least a 24 hour notification.


This is also where the informal Friday evening gathering will occur, and the reception on Saturday evening.
