Network Now: Speed Networking Event

This event will give students the opportunity to network with a variety of employers and community members in a short period of time. Students will rotate every few minutes, meeting more people and gaining more business contacts than they would at a typical lunch or dinner event. By attending this event, alumni will have the opportunity to provide students with career information, job-search advice, and referrals; to give advice to students who are seeking internships, co-ops, and permanent employment; or to simply talk to those students who are unsure of the connection between their major and the real world. Free for IPFW students and alumni and limited to 30 students and 30 employers/alumni.

Dental Hygiene Alumni Luncheon

All IPFW dental hygiene alumni are invited to this delightful luncheon during which the following graduation calsses will be honored: 1969, 1974, 1979, 1984, 1989, 1994, 1999, and 2004. Economic Outlook Luncheon

For the third year, the IPFW Alumni Association and the Northeast Indiana IU Alumni Chapter are partnering to host the Economic Outlook Luncheon, which features a panel of experts from IU's Kelley School of Business alongside local experts. The price for attending is just $30 per person or $275 per corporate reserved table (seats 10).

The IU Business Outlook Panel will offer national, state, and local economic forecasts for 2010. The starting point for the forecast is the Econometric Model of the United States, developed by IU's Center for Econometric Model Research, which analyzes numerous statistics to develope a national forecast for the coming year. The center's Econometric Model of Indiana provides a corresponding forecast of where the state's economy is headed. The Business Outlook Panel then adjusts the forecast to reflect national insights they have on the economic situation.

9th Annual Legislative Issues Luncheon

IPFW needs your supportive voice! In the past, alumni support has helped our state legislators understand our funding needs for a vairety of campus projects, including the Student Services Complex (currently under construction), the Medical Education Center, and more student housing.Join us for lunch and conversation with our 18 northeast Indiana legislators. We'll also give all attendees an update on IPFW's legislative needs for 2009-2010. Lunch is $10 per person.

IPFW Homecoming Events

Alumni and their families

are invited to join IPFW students for our annual IPFW Homecoming festivities. The Mastodons will play host to the Oakland Golden Grizzlies in a doubleheader featuring the men's and women's basketball teams. The women play at 4:30 p.m., followed by the men's game at 7 p.m.

In addition, alumni-recognition awards will be presented during halftime of the men's game.
