IPFW/Parkview Student Assistance Program

Self Assessment

Ulifeline

The Jed Foundation has created Ulifeline, a Web-based resource that provides students with a non-threatening and supportive link to their respective college's mental health center as well as important mental health information. As a student, you are able to download information about mental health and mental illness, ask questions, be referred to the IPFW/Parkview Counseling Student Assistance Program to make appointments, and seek other help anonymously via the Internet. Click on the self-evaluator to assess mental health issues.

This assessment is not meant to replace an evaluation and assistance from our counseling office, but can provide you with more information regarding your need for guidance. For more information about Ulifeline, please visit their Web site.
