Admission Requirements

Temporary/Guest Students

You might consider yourself a person who likes to test the waters before they dive in. IPFW is certainly accommodating to that! You can be admitted as a temporary student, or a guest student. Keep reading for more details.

Temporary Students

If you graduated from high school more than two years ago and have not attended college, you may take up to 24 credits at IPFW as a special nondegree-seeking adult student. You will need to submit an IPFW application. There is no application fee, and no other documentation is necessary. You will not be eligible for financial aid, though.

Guest Students

If you want to become a visiting student from another college outside the IU or Purdue system, you may enroll temporarily at IPFW for up to 24 credits. You will need to submit an IPFW application. There is no application fee and an official transcript from your home institution. You will not be eligible for financial aid, though.
