I am a true Canuck . . . born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario Canada! Eh!

I am a huge Dr. Phil and Oprah fan. When I am not doing homework or cramming for an exam, I love to watch Survivor and Lost. In my spare time I enjoy working out, camping during the summer months. . . just because I am Canadian doesn’t mean I like to camp in the winter . . . brrr!!

“I rather study the ocean; not eat the ocean.” I am sure you can conclude that I don’t eat seafood. Ewww. I am also currently certifying at the Dive Master Level for Scuba Diving. I have been scuba diving since 1999 and have enjoyed every opportunity to explore the wonderful coral reefs and marine life of the Turks & Caicos Islands.

I graduated from Our Lady of Mount Carmel Secondary School in Mississauga, Ontario in 2003. In June 2005, I graduated from Sheridan College in Brampton, Ontario with an honors diploma in Police Foundations.

My wonderful, Canadian, ‘hockey-obsessed’ family consists of my mom, Jason my brother and younger sister Erica.

My brother and I are only ten and half months apart, and when most people hear this react with the same response ‘Man your mom was busy!’ Jason is going into his second year of car racing with Ontario Legends Racing and you can be sure to see his name in bright lights in the very near future.

Erica . . . is one talented kid! Let’s just say she is a ‘piano-flute playing, worker bee-hockey player.’ Obviously not all at the same time, but for her age she is one talented kid. Erica is going into her third year playing hockey for the Mississauga Girls Hockey League. In Fall 2006, she will make her first steps down the hallways of high school.

. . . . Canadians sure do love their hockey Erica plays, Jason both plays and is an Assistant Coach, and mom is a Head Coach. ‘GO LEAFS GO’!

I am a splitting image of my mom. My mom is the most influential and supportive person in my life. She definitely is not your typical mom. Let’s just say she doesn’t freak out when you get an ‘F’ on a test! That is the type of mom any kid would want to have.

“What happens in Mexico, stays in Mexico!” . . . . uh . . . NO! I never could have imagined that a vacation to the Mayan Riviera would lead me to meeting Chad, the most amazing, supportive, and ‘football obsessed’ man of my dreams!! GO COLTS!

I hope this biography has provided a glimpse into my life and will entice you to read more about me through my up and coming weekly blogs! You are sure to find out more about me, my Canadian heritage, family, experiences here at IPFW, weekly encounters, view pictures, and much more! Eh!
