To simplify the process of applying for admission to IPFW, we allow prospective students to apply online. You will be prompted to select the student type that best describes you once you begin the application process. Please follow all directions. Apply Now.
Request An Application by Mail
If you would like to receive an admissions application in the mail, please fill out the Request for Information form or call us at 260-481-6812 or 1-800-324-IPFW. Our office hours are:
- Monday: 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Tuesday: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Thursday: 8 a.m.–6 p.m.
- Friday: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Every first and third Saturday (except holidays): 9 a.m.–noon

If you took the GED in Indiana and need to request your official GED transcript you must do so through the Diploma Sender website. There is a $15 charge and the transcript must be faxed to IPFW. 260-481-5450
